Who we are.

Dalena & Robert are "Creekers," and live in the beautiful Stoney Creek community of Elizabethton with their three dogs and ferocious cats. They turned their passion for real estate into a career after meeting while working at the Bristol Herald Courier. They love exploring the Appalachian Mountains and digging into the region's past as often as they can.

Dalena & Robert's marketing expertise and unwavering knowledge of the tri-state area give them a unique advantage to helping you market your home or finding the house of your dreams. Dalena grew up minutes from the Tennessee state line in Gate City, Virginia and has spent her life learning about the region and all its natural beauty has to offer. She graduated from the University of Virginia's College at Wise with a B.A. in Communications in 2015 and has worked in several marketing and communications positions over the past five years. She has a fierce passion for helping people and representing the "down home" hospitality of the Appalachias. She understands the meaning of the word "community" and how important the feeling of safety and security is when thinking of your home and strives to bring each client that feeling from Day 1.​

Robert was born in Northeastern Ohio, but grew up in the hidden hills of Greeneville. He graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2007 and has kept residents throughout the region in the know as an award-winning reporter for the Erwin Record, Elizabethton Star, and Bristol Herald Courier. Robert also has a vast knowledge of Northeast Tennessee's history. He has published 5 books, all of which can be found at robertsorrell.com, and has another one in the works focusing on the history of Piney Flats. He also manages the Images of Roan Mountain Facebook page. When he isn't slaving away over historical documents, you can find him exploring the outdoors or spending time with family.
